PreTerms of Service
What Preflight does
You give us your store listing and a set of declarations about your app. We check them against the stores’ published requirements, and against rejections we have measured ourselves, then tell you what is likely to be rejected and why.
What Preflight is not
We are not Apple or Google, we are not affiliated with either, and we do not decide whether your app is approved. A clean report is not a guarantee of approval, and a report full of findings does not guarantee rejection. Store review includes human judgement we cannot see or predict.
Payment
$19 for one Play report, charged once, when you ask for it. Apple reports are free. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Accuracy
Being right is the entire product, so we take being wrong seriously. If we tell you something is fine and the store rejects it for exactly that reason, we want to hear about it, and we will refund you.
Acceptable use
Scan listings you have the right to submit. Do not attempt to extract our rule set by automated probing.
Liability
Preflight is provided as is. Our liability to you is limited to what you paid for the report in question. We are not liable for lost revenue, delayed launches, or the outcome of any store review.
